@RideOnWithFriends Thanks, looks like a great device. However I'd suggest to the developers that if people feel like they need to buy a dedicated tablet just to guarantee that the distance text is always legible, perhaps the way they display that distance text needs a rethink.

@RetiredWingMan, @Corrado-Miniati-0 his suggestion is to have the planned pause time visible (if any), not the time of arrival there. That is indeed visible at the bottom if you cycle to the right option.

The frequency in which HERE presents map updates is too high for this, and the time it takes to download them is a real PITA of you press OK for the download too soon or underway by accident. I understand your wish, and it could be okay if the updates are e.g. 3 versions ahead of what you already have, and then with NO means of immediately starting the download (merely a message to go into the settings to download them).

Hi guys, I think I found half of a "workaround" for my personal audio ducking issue.^^ I start my Media Player on the mobile, start Osmand, quit Osmand, start NN and all of a sudden, music is completely muted when instructions from NN are played. Most of the time - if instructions come in short time distance, the last will be handled with simply lowering volume of music instead of stopping totally. I´m a bit confused. It seems that Osmand is not completely shut down in the background and their "channel splitting" is applied to NN. Will try to evaluate by battery drain, but hard to compare w/o serveral runs on "lab conditions"... Conclusion for me is that NN could be capable of doing what I would like to have w/o much effort. Anybody here would like to cross check? BTW: I´m using F-Droid Osmand App, not Play Store version. Have a nice weekend, everybody.

That is how I like to see it @Nick-Carthew ! @Vincible automating things like this is on our list. Curves are slightly more complex but we do want to warn (or well, inform) about steep changes in altitude. Most op the times, these are accompanied by curvy roads too
