@Rob-de-Weijze Thanks for pointing this out! With only 2 waypoints you are practically driving an A-B route. It would be better to generate this within the app. There is a difference between the route as created in the website and the route shown in the app due to 2 factors: Traffic (this cannot be turned off yet, see Navigation Preferences in app), when turned off (in future update), it might be the same Why did I say might above? The app uses a newer version of HERE compared to the website. This will be aligned before the definitive release in 2023. Thanks!

@Jörgen Thanks for letting me know, I think the issue is related to radio in that case. If you at any point do use another music player, do let me know if the issue also occurs. I wasn't able to test this as my car doesn't allow Radio & phone audio at the same time. The issue has been reported by others and will be investigated!

That’s very impressive as the app is only available one day Happy to hear you like the app! 1: Thanks for the suggestion, will write it down. 2: Once the app isn’t open anymore, I’m not sure if we can prevent the phone from locking. If the screen also locks when the app is open (while navigating), that shouldn’t happen. Other users did report an issue with this which we will investigate. 3: Could you share a screenshot of it overlapping? Being able to turn that item off is not a suggestion I expected as it is a core feature of navigation. Will discuss it! 4: Please share a public version of the route so we can investigate. You can skip a waypoint and it will route you to the next one. Skipping can be done by clicking on the waypoint icon top right or by selecting the obvious button from the sidebar which can be opened with the “…” bottom right. Thanks for the feedback!

Thanks for reporting! Voice instructions are indeed in an early stage and therefore not configurable. When the app goes to the background (locked screen, other app open, etc.) navigation is paused and therefore voice instructions are killed too. The app must be open (for now obviously). While actively using the app, the screen should not be locked. This can still happen when the OS deems this necessary (high temperature, low battery etc). Changes to this will be made!

@Bouke-Ent @Nick-Carthew This is something developed in a later stage! For now the Navigation route is simply the fasted one. The alternatives shown (max total of 3) are variants of the fastest route, similar to Google Maps A-B routing. Generating alternative routes with HERE is quite complex with regards to curviness. That’s why segments also aren’t working yet on the website for HERE. On a sidenote, please try to respect the thread topic. Now it becomes harder to find this discussion
