A to B navigation

Tested A to B navigation today using the Android app. It worked great but unfortunately, I could not choose navigation options like no highway, no unpaved roads etc. Furthermore, when the navigation zooms in, the blue line is very narrow and sometimes very hard to see.

Avoid options will be added later!
We are also planning to improve the shown route line.
