@Con-Hennekens Correct! So if you download The Netherlands (or whatever country) and start your navigation and never deviate from the route. You can drive completely without internet For the (re)calculations we still require internet. When that isn't the case, the actual offline mode can be used! This will be implemented together with CarPlay

Hello Hans, I've split the route in 2 parts and indeed, I can now load them in the app also. I've also 'disabled seasonal closures' in the toolkit. However, that in itself didn't resolve the issue, I really had to make the routes smaller. (By the way, I usually break the route up in 'day' parts, when I'm ready with it. While I'm working on it, I like to keep it as the whole route, so it's easier to change the daily stops, in case we end up with 1 long day, or if we want to bring in a relax-day. I'll see if I can work with the 'add route' option, to get more then 1 day in the view. At least I know now that I have to split the route into smaller parts, before I can use them in the myroute-app. Thanks for your help. Ad.

@Corjan-Meijerink, vanmorgen weer een stukje gereden. Met de Nieuwe app en met vorige app (Navigatio). Een route gemaakt van A naar B. Daarna bewust een andere route genomen dan is aangegeven. Het viel mij op dat Navigation dit veel sneller doet dan MyRoute-app Next. Kan dat kloppen? Het lijkt wel of het GPS gedeelte langzamer reageert bij de Next app.

The battery usage of the app is one of our main issues we are trying to fix It has been reported by a lot of users and we experience the same issue so we will definitely get this fixed! Happy to hear that you are happy with the overall experience! The voice prompts will be improved in a later update (including more configuration options)

@Corjan-Meijerink the route was from Assendelft to Amsterdam-Zuidas driving the A8-A10. The main problem was that if you noticed that lane instructions were shown, these were already gone.

@Con-Hennekens It's called "Audio ducking" - meaning that the phone gets an instruction to lower the volume of other sources as a higher priority voice prompt needs to be played. After that prompt is finished - the other sources continue playback at the original level. However, if something goes wrong (due to our app / race conditions of multiple sources or a wrong implementation of the other app - which is possible too) the other sources can remain muted.
