@Corjan-Meijerink of course I have already installed the update and I already had my first experiences with it yesterday. But despite installing the latest update, I have received a message several times.
I also had this problem with the previous updates and I reported this to the developer of TestFlight via Apple.
@Roadkingtc88 a route with only one waypoint? I guess that might gives issues. If you want to navigate to home, it’s easier to save that as a favorite
You can find favorites easy using the favorite overview (star button on map) or using the search.
@Doug-Robinson hahaha no not that But due to differences in OSM / HERE the calculated routes might differ resulting in weird jumps, 180 degree turns or road closures.
@Nicola-Hardmeier indeed as @Ian-foster-0 said. Routes must be planned with HERE too for a good result. The App does however take current information into account so if roads are closed due to accidents etc it might be that the app does something else than the website.
In most cases the planned HERE routes from the website are navigated identical in the app!
Hi Corjan I get this Information.
MyRoute-app Mobile 3.2.11 (163) is ready to test on iOS.
What to Test:
Improved logging to help us resolve battery usage and app stability issues
Use app with CarPlay without first opening the app on your phone
Better positioning of location indicator within CarPlay
CarPlay stability
To test this app, open TestFlight on your iOS device using iOS 12.4 or later and install the update.
Please change the Text to IOS 12.4 if you can install Test Flight which requires IOS 14.x.
May be there is no disinformation about Testing with IOS 12.4
Regards from Werner
P.S. The next hardcore Test for MRA Next ist TT on Isle of Man.
@Frappawotsit no need to apologise! Your point is still valid The current Beta won't support this correctly either - but as said we will make sure this is fixed in one of the coming updates!
@Nick-Carthew some work has started but the signage is still up. You can get through on a motorcycle if you need to - ahem. The local did say - honest Hopefully, it will be fixed for your trip although the southern portion of the road is not good.
