The GPX 1.1 schema was released on August 9, 2004. GPX has been the de-facto XML standard for lightweight interchange of GPS data since the initial GPX 1.0 release in 2002. GPX is being used by hundreds of software programs and Web services for GPS data exchange, mapping, and geocaching. source: https://www.topografix.com/gpx.asp Just 2 years after the introduction of GPX 1.0 version 1.1 was already released. There has never been a new version ever since. It is safe to assume version 1.0 is obsolete if you use navigation software and hardware not older than 2005.

@Paul-Slater-0 Cheers from Austria, I´ve travelled approx. 15k km now with my Fossibot F101Pro. Rugged, huge battery that lasts 10-11 hours with display switched on on highest brightness possible. It´s not a top notch item, but it fits my requirements of navigation running all day (in offline mode - I don´t have a sim card in it) and playing music to my HS. It cost me less than €150,-- on Amazon. But: if you choose something rugged with huge battery, be aware that regular phone holders won´t work. Those beasts are bricks. And they are heavy! I use an SP Connect SPC mount. The universal interface is glued to the mobile with 3M 4936 - that is the stuff they use e.g. in Dubai to gloo the windows in the skyscrapers. I would not recomment using the standard adhesive that comes with those mounting solutions, because the will not be able to hold the weight and lose grip when temperatures get high! Hope this helps. Regards, André

Welcome to MyRoute! It’s a handy app once you get the hang of it. Start by gathering all the places you want to visit. Use POIs for must-see spots, VIA points for planned stops, and shaping points to fine-tune your route. For multiple sights in one area, set a central base and create routes from there or navigate as you go. To avoid the app auto-ordering your stops, use shaping points first, then switch to VIA points once your route is set. You can also manually rearrange stops or use the optimize function to get the best route.

@jeff-barton Whenever there is a problem like this it is always better to share the route so that others can possibly spot the problem. Open the route, click share and choose the Link option and then copy and paste the web address of your route in a reply.

@big-vern this issue has been reported before. Seems to occur at random times although I find that late afternoon is bad (kids getting home from school?). I find switching to the OSM or Google overlays provide much better performance.

@Leike-Lodiers said in Recalcul d'itinéraire et suppression de points de passage: can you put a English translation in each message. It's easy that we can read you're message without to translate it our self. Deepl is a great tool for quick translations (and much better than Translate!). @gianluca-tamburi Displaying two different maps simultaneously is not possible. There is one map active for calculating the route (see red arrow) and you can have one overlay map active for planning the route (see blue arrow). [image: 1719129974584-menubalk-met-overlay.png] I suspect you mean whether it is possible to compare or view multiple routes on the map. The answer to that is yes! Below are various links to the relevant instructions: Manual 'Compare Route Calculation' (Gold) Manual 'Display and Merge Multiple Routes' Manual 'Compare Tracklog with Route'
