    Hi. I used my phone for a long route in my car Over the stereo, I could only have sound if the source ( iPhone) was treated as music over blue tooth. Not speech. It creates a few different issues

    • Volume cannot be increased on my I phone in app. When asked to confirm volume change via pressing device volume button, input is NOT accepted. Volume stays at %35. If I disconnect and change volume in app, when I then re connect volume is automatically reset to %35.

    • if I turn car volume up it turns devices music source up as well. So I can’t hear instructions. If I turn music off I can then obv get enough volume. I can then choose to have no music and no radio OR mar instructions.

    • car is treating my I phone and the sound as a music source. But when I use google maps, sound comes through car stereo fine and I can play radio at different volume level.

    • Where is the option in the app to make Bluetooth accepted as a tel call in the app?

    • I haven’t tried Bluetooth only over air as I need a power source for trip ( can’t think if a cable into a cigar lighter usb would make a difference).

    • I haven’t tried Bluetooth the work around where I get sound from my device and music etc from my stereo, but then I cannot accept tel calls through car stereo. Any ideas please?

      @Donovan-Smith
      Ecco la traduzione in inglese:

      Hi, I also use an iPhone and MRA only works as a music source. Try turning the iPhone volume all the way up and lowering the car’s volume.
      The part I don’t understand is that my iPhone lowers the music volume a lot when I receive an instruction from MRA, and with my intercom it’s perfectly audible. I’ve never tried it in the car.

        I thought this was an Android-only problem, but your setup proves it is not. Which iOS version do you run?

        I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

          @Con-Hennekens
          iphone 15 con ios 18.6.
          As I was saying, it’s not a problem because during music playback, if instructions come from MRA, the music volume lowers and everything is perfectly audible.

              iOS 18.6. I phone 13. I haven’t tried the volume up first before connecting but from memory that would probably mean the volume is the same level for sound being treated as a music source. On my bike I can set diff volume levels for different applications via my blue tooth intercom
