HERE Logistics map layer ?

I confess to being a mid tier user of MRA. I use a number of the overlays available in the app. In all the time I've used it 3 o4 years. I never noticed/paid attention to the HERE Logistics overlay. Today I loaded the overlay and I have no idea what this layer is for, or what these yellow markers are.
Can someone explain it's purpose?
