    Hi All,

I have used the App this year for the first time on my bike BMW M1000R with BMW cradle. The MRA App was even better in navigation then the BMW app in my view. The only thing is that we can not use the handle bar controlers of the BMW when in the My route app. I have seen some controlers are offered here on the site but dont want to install more controlers. Is there plan to work with BMW to see if the handlebar controlers of the BMW can be used in the My route app.

    Thanks

@Richard-de-Boer If BMW would allow us, we would 🙂
Unfortunately the only option is to use another device (such as the Carpe Iter BMW controller) to use our app with the BMW wonderwheel.

@Corjan-Meijerink, that is pitty from BMW. They would gain so much if they would open up in return for GPS data to be shared with there app. Thanks for quick reply.

@Richard-de-Boer For example, you can buy a Carpuride display for the BMW sat nav holder and run MyRouteApp via Carplay or AndroidAuto. If you take the BS version (502 or 702), you can operate the display via the BMW Wonderwheel. Works pretty well. Recommendation: take the 5” version 502BS because it is lighter. With the 7” there are already broken brackets (individual cases).

Second the Wunderlinq. I use it with MRA and it works very well. They have a new version, the WunderlinQ X, which allows you to get rid of the nav cradle altogether. You link the Wunderlinq to your phone via Bluetooth, and the control wheel to zoom in and out. Genuinely an excellent product. (not affiliated with them in any way, just very pleased with mine)
