Find closed road (constructions,..)

Can't see the "closed road" in MRA Route Planner Gold
Bellow, side by side, Google Maps showing a "closed road".. and MRA (Here). I try all other available option (TomTom, Here and OpenStreetMaps), all of those showing that road is... open.
Here, this bridge is in construction for 3yr now... and we can see it on maps.here.com
but not on MRA Route Planer
If those "closed" or heavy traffic road can be displayed on the MRA Route Planner, we could change our ride preperation to avoid them.I'm a past "Calimoto" user, and was always prepare my trip with GoogleMaps and their WEB app side-by-side.. to modify my trip based on where i know, i will be blocked !.

I was able to see them during my last trip.. but some are here (in HERE).. and some not (only visible in gMAP).. i assume gMAP got more access to closed road than Here!
