Import from Google Maps

Hi all, I have been sent a route on Google maps. I am a GOLD user, how can I import it into myroute web? Thanks

I should be an KML or KMZ file.
Just upload as Route/Track..

@Albyus If it is a Google maps shared route it cannot be uploaded to any GPS software. If it is a KMZ or KML from Google MyMaps (different thing) then it can be uploaded. It was possible to get a google maps shared fire converted to GPX using the site https://mapstogpx.com/ but it appears to be down at the moment.
