POI's Keep Disappearing

Ok so just checking if I'm doing something incorrect
When I select POI's (I.e. Fuel) I scroll in and out trying to get them to appear, they appear then disappear all the time it's driving me insane. Does anyone have any ideas ?....... I use a MacBook. I have tried both Safari and edge browsers and get the same results in both.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

@Mavrik They will only appear at 1km and below zoom levels

The projection of POI is indeed a bit finicky. Often when you zoom in or out, they show to disappear a bit later again. Sometimes I even need to zoom out to get them to show up. I cannot give you a solution, only confirmation
