Screen Alignment - INNOVV & Android Auto
-
I have an issue where the Android Auto display for Next navigation seems out of alignment, and largely unusable. I have tried many settings changes in the app, but have not found a solution.
When in Android Auto displaying the MRA map, the view is as expected (position indicator in the centre of the screen). When using for navigating (planned route, or on the fly), the directions fill the left of the screen, and the position marker is on the far extreme of the right side of the screen...sometimes not visible (i.e. off the screen).
Google Maps works fine, correctly positioning its marker in the middle of the map space.
The app on the phone behaves as you would expect the navigation to work... clear, with the marker in the centre.
Android Auto: 13.4.645054
MRA: 4.3.5 (Gold, Lifetime)
Android OS: 15
Display: INNOVV N1Unfortunately, in fitting the INNOVV (fairings off, and wired front to back on the bike) the Garmin is no longer on the bike, and removing the INNOVV will take some time.
Does anyone have a similar problem?
Is there a fix?
Am I missing a setting (I have tried many)?See the position marker far right?
Without navigation, the marker displays in the centre as you would expect.

@OneLooseNut Now that is an issue I have not seen ever before
This is indeed very unusable.Could you create a support ticket (myrouteapp.com/support) about this subject. Please add:
- The app logs (long press version number at the bottom of the page where all the settings are)
- The images
- If possible a screenrecording
Things that could possibly help are:
- Tapping the compass button on the phone or using the settings in Android Auto
- Tappping the Android Auto screen in general
- Changing the view of Android Auto by using the button bottom left (of Android Auto itself)
Let's keep in touch in the ticket.
If you also mention this forum message and me, I will make sure it gets assigned to me -
@Corjan-Meijerink Thanks Corjan - there should be a ticket raised by email 21st January, but I will raise via the link and provide additional detail.

I have noticed the same issue on my Android Auto—Nissan T33 2024 model. I came back eventually.
