We’ve tested with up to 2000 routes and had no issues. Seems like you got a lot of routes?

There are 1,470 routes in my library. Each time I try, it gets to about 300 left to synchronise, then the app crashes with the error message.
I am away from home at the moment, with a very poor internet connection. I’ll raise the ticket and reference this thread on my return.
