Slow search & favorites using android auto

Hi,

I know android auto is still W.I.P., I'm enjoying and using it more and more. Keep up the great job and progress !

I noticed that searching or opening favorites using android auto is slow.

I've got about 9 favorites set, opening that on android auto takes a while to load >20 seconds, doing that directly on my phone (Samsung s23 ultra) it's pretty much instant. The same slowness I've noticed when searching, on the phone directly it's fast but using android auto it's really slow before it displays the results.

I've done the tests on the same location, connected and disconnected from the car to exclude the 5G connectivity is the issue.

As far as I'm aware all processing for Android auto is done by the phone itself.

Hmm, do you have or keep the mra app open on the phone or is it running on the background?
