@Nick-Carthew As I was at Lago die Garda for 1 week I was now able to see whether the approach of changing the iPhone's voice settings helps. I can confirm that it got a lot better changing the used voice in addition to turning the volume og the phone to max while MRA is open and in foreground. With this current state I can use MRA on my motorbike while listening to Spotify in parallel. Thanks a lot for the hint!
