MRA on Care Iter - size of POIs/symbols

I'm using MRA on the Carpe Iter pad. Even though the screen is bigger than most navigation screens, the POIs and symbols are very small and can be hardly differentiated from each other.
Besides of the option to select categories of POIs that are shown or hidden (discussed in another thread), it would be nice if the symbols would be either bigger or differently designed.
