Transfer to TT My Drive

I create a route in my route and import to my TT550 I am trying to share this route to a friend who only has TT MyDrive so I share the route to my TT mydrive and send it to him by email he can then see the route in TT MyDrive on his phone but when he tries to sing with his TT550 it will not sync he has checked that he is fully connected with his phone & TT550 and if he creates a route on his phone it will sync.Has anyone got any ideas how we can get over this and share routes easily ( I know I can share the route to my SD card and copy it on his TT550 but its handy to do it remotely the night before we go out for a ride)

Let your friend crate a basic account on MRA, it is free, and share the routes in a group or event. Don't forget to invite your friend to that group or event.

@Bill-Stephens If your friend sees the route on his TT MyDrive account but he doesn’t see it on his TomTom, this would suggest that his TomTom is not syncing with his MyDrive account.
Perhaps he needs to open and sync the route via MyDrive or check that his TT device is connecting to his MyDrive account. -
Or send the route/track from your MRA account directly to his TT Mydrive account

@Bill-Stephens I have found that MyDrive syncing can behave unpredictably at times. What helps me in that situation is to disable and subsequently re-enable the synchronisation toggle in MyDrive (don't know if the MyDrive app on the phone has it, but the website certainly does) or even just changing the name/description of the route.
But this has only occurred for me in the TomTom Go app on my phone (routes not syncing even though the sync toggle shows as enabled in MyDrive). On my actual TomTom device, the only way routes were not syncing, was due to me not having the sync toggle enabled in MyDrive.
