Apple CarPlay requires Navigation next

    Hello, I am a Silver Subscriber to My Route & I also participate in the Testing of new releases. I have a new car that has Apple CarPlay & if I attempt to use My Route I get the following error message. "An active "Navigation Next" subscription is required to use "MyRoute-app" with Apple CarPlay".

    Is this an actual requirement? I was under the impression that the new software of MyRoute was all encompassing .

      Hello Jay, Yes, you must have a Navigation Next subscription.
      You are in the list of testers, so you have tested the Beta version and therefore the Navigation-Next subscription

        @Jay-Potter-0, If, like Hans says, you are a betatester for Next, you should have a subscription to Navigation indeed.

        What does this page say for you?

        It should look somewhat like this at the bottom:

        I have no experience whatsoever with CP or AA, but I can imagine you need to login into the app natively before you can use any of the Navigation Next functionality. It will ask you to login when you click the hamburger menu (3 lines) and then the profile icon.

        I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

          I do suddently have the same problem???
          Just taking a new car into use, and now cant use the system same way as in the old car...
          I gor this message on the car screen:
          "An active "Navigation Next" subscription is required to use "My Route App" with Apple CarPlay"

          Cant find any place to comply with this need+
          So help needed! Thanks!

            Do you use the new app?
            MRA Navitis replaced by Navigation Next, you can find the new app in the store under the name MyRoute app
