Missing/deleted Routes

Has anyone experienced routes or folders suddenly going missing?
Can deleted routes or folders be recovered?
I only ask as I've just noted several of my folders with loads of routes have suddenly disappeared and I can't seem to find anything in the help menus that point me towards recovering them.

I had an issue today using Chrome. I wanted to delete all routes in a sub folder, and it deleted the sub folder and main folder above it.
Did you manage to get your routes restored?
