    When you have a route/track that takes you back to the same point, you can have a slightly muddled forward look picture with a lot of lines all the same colour. Overlay the wide, yellow track recording (always over your route line) and the picture can become even more confusing! The tracklog picture below is just an example of how when riding around an area you sometimes have to return to a certain point that generates so many lines that the picture of where you need to go becomes difficult to see:
    Screenshot_20230405-062603.png

    I know you have the turn diagrams (top left of screen) but this is currently only a basic direction so you rely on the map picture to see the route ahead. The white arrow on the screen is also obscured because the track recording appears to be the top layer and is very bright yellow and wide.

    Personally, I would like the current (active) leg of a route to be a brighter tone of colour to forthcoming/previous (inactive) legs to provide an obvious difference of which part of the route is the one I should be following.

    Track recording also needs to be less bright and thinner so I can see where I have been but this line does not obscure where I need to go.

    Ultimately, I would like to be able to customise the width and colour of these route and track aspects. I know the colours are brand MRA but I could do with the navigation lines being more obvious. I am finding the colour scheme all a bit too blue except for the standout yellow track recording! Just finished a 2-day, 350 mile trip to and around the Brecon Beacons in Wales and the software was great apart from this line colour issue. Tracklogs for further info if needed:

      @Dave-J-0 you are totally right! 🙂
      Within the mobile app map (your screenshot), the line is quite massive when zoomed in. But on the other hand, it's visible. When you do not have overlapping parts, you would prefer a view like you have now.

      When navigating a route, the part ahead is blue while the traversed path is greyed out. The tracklog line (while recording) is indeed a quite visible yellow line. The display of this line in Navigation is optional (see Navigation settings).

      Color preference is something we do like to add but does not have a very high priority at this point.

      Happy to hear these were your only issues and you had a great time in Brecon Beacons 😃 I'll be there in a few months, already looking forward to it!

        @Corjan-Meijerink the App on Android worked well with only 1 crash over the 2 days. Some slight inconsistent problems like no cursor showing were resolved by app restart. My friend was very impressed by waypoint management and the visual information. He is signing up for the Beta now. 😀

        Enjoy the Beacons. Hope the weather is good for you and watch out for some of the minor roads. The surface is not brilliant and Gospel Pass from the South Side is 'Road Closed' at Capel-y-Ffin due to subsidence and landslip. Has been 'closed' for a while. Gospel Pass is best approached from the North from Hay on Wye.

            @Corjan-Meijerink Duly noted 😜
            Thanks for the heads-up about the Gospel Pass @Dave-J-0. We intend travelling south to north as I had planned a stop at The Granary in Hay-on-Wye for refreshments (my favourite 😋 ). I'll check the current status of the road a little nearer to when we travel.

            From what I can find out, work is due to start in May to repair the damage from the 2021 landslide!

            Always willing to help if I can.

              @Nick-Carthew some work has started but the signage is still up. You can get through on a motorcycle if you need to - ahem. The local did say - honest 😄 Hopefully, it will be fixed for your trip although the southern portion of the road is not good.
