How to change height and twisting settings on round route

Good evening could someone help me with regards to how to choose your preferred height and twisties when getting the ap to plan a round route thankyou.

@roland-reay Select roundtour, then select your starting point and follow the next steps. You’ll have a choice to select how twisty and hilly your roundtour will be.
