@Chris-Almond I think most car satnavs are A-B only.

Your best bet is probably a car system that supports Apple CarPlay or Android Auto and use an app (like MRA Navigation obviously).
I know some cars have built-in TomTom functionality, that would also work. But I agree with Nick: most car sat navs only do A to B and very few accept any kind of pre-made routes.
