Route won't map over canal?

Having issues with MyRouteApp not mapping a route along a road because there's a canal. There's a road and bridge with no issues. Route redirects around the "issue".

Does anyone else have these issues with mapping?

Both the Here Map and the Tom Tom Map will route across that bridge.
If you have a Gold Account you could use Here or Tom Tom.

Not sure what the issue is with OSM but there are many users here far more experienced in identifying OSM issues, I’m sure someone will work it out.

@Martin-P-Williams What device do you use for navigation? The reason I ask is because you were planning on the OpenStreetMap. If you use MRA Navigation, Garmin or any of it’s derivatives, then you should plan with the Here map. For TomTom devices obviously the TT map.
