Zooming in POI

Hi,
Is there anyone who shares my opinion about that the showing of the POI like for example the gasstations, is rather late. I mean you have to zoom in quite a bit before you see the POI. When you import POI they are much faster visible. (they look like the command key symbol on the apple keybord command key)
Is it possible to see the POI when you are further zoomed out?Arjan
