login beta app op mobile

hallo, ik heb mijn beta login aangemaakt op de web versie maar nu geraak ik niet meer ingelogd op de mobile app. om in te loggen krijg ik bij het invoeren van het nieuwe wachtwoord 'verkeerde inloggegevens'.

Are you still using the old version of the app? If so, use the password for the standard MyRoute app. If you are using the new app (Next beta), use the password for the beta version.
I use the same password for both. It didn't work for me in the Next app at first, but then suddenly it did—don't ask me why...
I would suggest logging out of the web version and closing the app completely, then trying again.

Hi Lenz, thank you for your solution. i can now log in with the old password. so it shall be the standard MRApp i'm using. but I can't find the new next beta app in the app store...

OK now I get the message to change to the next beta version... strange... but ok. thank you!

Do I have to uninstall the older version first because with my old login no problem and with the "beta" login wrong password? HELP !

Ik heb dat probleem ook. Het lukt niet om in te loggen via mijn BETA login. Heb op de site uitgelogd en daarna terug proberen in te loggen op de navigatie app. Krijg altijd dezelfde melding. Wat doe ik verkeerd?

@Vesparazzi, In de navigatie app log je eerst in met je oude planner account. Als die lukt, kun je vanuit de instellingen overzetten de Planner Next. De app start opnieuw en je kunt inloggen met je nieuwe account.

@MotoCon Ik heb ondertussen de app geupdate en toen werd er mij gevraagd om in te loggen voor de next app. Dit werkt nu vlekkeloos en synchroniseert met de Beta planner. Bedankt
