At Garmin I can turn off recalculation. A warning appears which I have to confirm first. THAT is an absolute must to follow the route. It is not always possible to keep an eye on the cell phone. Is that already planned or on the wish list? Thanks Kudee

Locus Map is providing this feature

@Kudee, since a route in MRA Navigation always is route based (with waypoints) and not track based, there is really no need to turn off recalculation. It will always reroute to the next waypoint, not to the endpoint like trackbased routing in Garmin.

Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

I think that is an extremely bad solution. Here is my route. I avoid point 4 and drive straight ahead. MRA doesn't says turn back, no it says turn left and turn back. Even if I reached my latest WP 8 It tries to navigate me to the WP i missed out. For shure I can use Skip Waypoints automatically but thats not the solution! I want to drive my Route as planed, if I leave it MRA should be able to tell me that.

Has been discused already: https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/318/major-flaw-with-re-routing-in-myroute-navgeplante Route.jpg 1.jpg would be the right way.jpg what the heck, I reached my Ziel!!.jpg Final Route confusing.jpg

@Kudee I agree, keeping an eye on the cell phone is really not possible. Moreover, your link https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/318/major-flaw-with-re-routing-in-myroute-nav/ also helped me.

@Kudee, I understand. I am not really sure if in this situation:

MRA Nav would skip not only 4, but also 5 and 6. But anyway, I think must of us would be happy to not have to turn around to return to 4.

But if you disable the automatic waypoint-skipping feature, would you not be guided back to 4 over the Wipkingerplatz?

@Con-Hennekens Yes, the app does that. Shows me possible streets where I should turn. However, the turn announcement is only audible. Without the mobile in view, this is very confusing. Cool would be if the Route is changing the color to red!

Yes that would be cool! Maybe even leave the original route visible in blue?
However without the mobile in view, like you mention, that would not be of benefit 😉

@Con-Hennekens Yes MRA would lead me back to WP4.
