Routeplanning inconsistency - mapping fault?

Hi
I'm trying to plan a route including a section of the A707 (Selkirk to Innerleithen)
Using the MRA App (on iphone 13) the route does show there are roadworks visible (pic 1)
!The MRA App allows me to plan along the section of road AND Googlemaps / Waze show it as open (pic 2)
!When i use the Website routeplanner it absolutely refuses to let me plan along that east to west route (pic 3)
Any clues please?

@Roger-Needham-0 it is probably just old out of date data in the Here map
just in time info for roadworks is an impossible thing to get 100% correctfor planning purposes if your not going to be doing the route in the near future use the "Toolkit > Disable
SeasonalClosure" option
