Routeplanning inconsistency - mapping fault?

Hi
I'm trying to plan a route including a section of the A707 (Selkirk to Innerleithen)
Using the MRA App (on iphone 13) the route does show there are roadworks visible (pic 1)
!

The MRA App allows me to plan along the section of road AND Googlemaps / Waze show it as open (pic 2)
!

When i use the Website routeplanner it absolutely refuses to let me plan along that east to west route (pic 3)

Any clues please?

@Roger-Needham-0 it is probably just old out of date data in the Here map
just in time info for roadworks is an impossible thing to get 100% correct

for planning purposes if your not going to be doing the route in the near future use the "Toolkit > Disable Seasonal Closure" option
