Meine Erfahrung ist das die Handy MRA Navigation direkt mit dem Handy eigentlich ohne Probleme läuft und das auch sehr stabil, zumindes bei meiner Hardware mit einem iPhone Xr und der Remotek One.

Rückmeldung zu Fahrten mit:

• Modus Wohnmobil: alles perfekt !! (navigation über 500km war sehr gut !)
• Modus Fahrrad: alles perfekt !! (der Linie folgen geht sehr gut !)
  Noch offen:
• Modus Motorrad: ab dem 23-07-2026 auf der nächsten Tour

Thank you for that, from my point of view it went very well. All with the iPhone Xr in the BMW Cradel with inductive charging.

@Lluis-Arasanz Still nothing on the Play Store. This is very annoying. I wish MRA/@corjan-meijerink would consider alternative ways for updates (e.g. via F-Droid, in-app-updates, direct apk download from MRA's server,...) for those who don't want to wait weeks for Google's "approval" every damn time. I understand how the process (doesn't) work and that MRA needs to obey Google's rules, and that it's important for an app to be available via Play Store, business-wise. Yet, there definitely are ways around this, since many apps offer them (e.g. have two identical versions: the one distributed via Play Store and one available in other ways, see above). Just food for thought.

Today on the way back I suddenly had the following problem.

For MRA navigation:

• Forward track on the map so the position arrow was slightly behind the yellow track

• this led to the fact that a departure / turn in a small place was taken wrong

• the spinning of the card was also annoying, thus very irritating

Solution: MRA navigation stopped and route restarted ... then it was okay.

Cause - Photo with the MRA app

• Had previously taken a photo with the phone to see it later in the track. Maybe there is a connection, because we had a good start and somehow it was after I had taken a photo with the cell phone.

Heut auf der Rückfahrt hatte ich plötzlich folgendes Problem.

Bei der MRA Navigation:

• voreilenden Track auf der Karte also der Positionspfeil war etwas hinter dem gelben Track
• das führte dazu das man eine Abfahrt / Abbiegung in einem kleinen Ort falsch genommen hat
• das drehen der Karte war auch dadurch nacheilend, somit sehr irritierend

Lösung: MRA Navigation gestoppt und Route neu gestartet … dann wars okay.

Ursache - Foto mit der MRA App

• Hatte zuvor ein Foto mit dem Handy gemacht um es später im Track zu sehen. Vielleicht gibt es einen Zusammenhang, denn wir waren ja gut gestartet und irgendwie wars nach dem ich ein Foto mit dem Handy gemacht hatte.

Most likely a cache culprit. In such a case I delete the cache for the PlayStore app, and then you will see he finds it.

I'm going to the Baltic Sea on Sunday for 11 days, then in a zig-zag to Gdansk, .. should I notice anything else... or the official update will come soon for all users, I don't care but my friends are driving with V5.2 ... they may be jealous.

Nothing special in it compared to 486.

Yes, we have already driven about 300 km each for two days with the latest version V5.2.1(488), runs very well in the mobile phone applications so in the MRA...

Ja wir sind jetzt schon zwei Tage jeweils ca. 300 km mit der neusten Version V5.2.1(488) gefahren, läuft sehr gut in der Handy Anwendungen also in der MRA…

After 8 days Baltic Sea tour with about 2000km and the MRA app with mobile phone in the BMW Cradel and the Remotek One, just great, everything worked perfectly. Thank you for that !!!!!!!
