    Never saw this before. Can you place a screenshot of the menu page, after when you click the profile icon on the mainpage on the top right? It shows the available licenses for you account. I think you need MRA support to sort this.

    I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

    Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

      How do I get MRA Support to look at this issue?

          Hola, yo tengo el mismo problema, ya está reportado a atención al cliente. He desinstalado y vuelto a instalar la app. He cerrado y vuelto a iniciar sesión en la app. Y en mi Chigee y en el de mi mujer, utilizando CarPlay y teléfono iPhone 17 pro Max, continúa con el problema.
          De hecho, lo he probado en el CarPlay del coche y hace lo mismo.
          No sé cómo adjuntar fotos pero el mensaje es el mismo.
          Ya no sabemos qué hacer.
          Por cierto, tengo suscripción activa Gold + Next Navigation.

            Hello, The support team gave me a workaround to use and it works so far, you should open a support ticket if you haven't already.
            1 - they reset my subscription
            2 - instructed me to open my route on my phone before the bike booted up

              He probado todo eso y ahora de vez en cuando, se cierra la aplicación o aparece el mapa en negro.
              He tenido que volver al TomTom, cada parada es una pérdida de 10/15 minutos solamente para poder volver a activar la ruta. Dinero de la suscripción perdida.

                Funciona bien MRA en tu móvil? Creo que se trata de un problema con CarPlay. Quizá deberías informarles del problema y así puedan solucionarlo.

                met een R1250RT met TFT en BMW Connected Ride App (die dus nog steeds niet voldoet!) ;
                de Garmin Zumo XT en M.R.A. in combinatie met de Carpuride W702 (voor Android op de Motor!) en een Samsung Galaxy S24

                  El problema es el CarPlay, eso lo tengo claro, tanto en mi móvil, como en el de mi mujer, tenemos mismos móviles, mismos dispositivos CarPlay en coche y motos y tenemos las mismas motos.
                  A los dos nos da el mismo problema, desde que restringieron las cuentas de MRA, cosa que entiendo perfectamente, pero con iOS no sé qué les pasó, porque en Android no da ese problema.
                  Ya mandé dos tickets e incluso registro de la app y de momento seguimos igual o peor.

                      Yes, it's cart play but something on MRA changed on the last update causing this error. thank You
