Moving the map

Why is it actually not possible to move the map just without using the moving arrows? Osmand and Apple Maps allow it. Regards Thomas

@Thomas-Neumeyer ...please what are you talking about - MRA-Routeplanner at Website, or MyRoute-App Navigation Nextbat mobile device?
On Website, I can move the map by mouse left click and hold.
On mobile device I can move the map by using my fingers, swipe on the screen. -
Apple Carplay

Apple Carplay
@Thomas-Neumeyer sorry no Idea, because CarPlay is just mirroring your phone and doesn't have the same and fully supported (by Apple restrictions) functions like the screen on your phone. That's the reason I don't use CarPlay/AndoidAuto!

@Guzzist It is the HERE SDK that currently does not allow map swipe on CarPlay/Android Auto. The question was asked quite a while ago and that was the explanation that Corjan gave. There has been no change to this as far as I know.

Okay. This is an explanation. Thanks for it. Thomas

@Dave-J-0 ...you are right Dave; thank you for correction. But for me, the exact reason doesn't matter. The Carplay/AndroidAuto isn't a solution for me. It's simply on more source for problems I don't need during a ride/drive. If others are happy with - fine for them.

I had huge issues with my android tablet therefore I try CarPlay and iPhone. So far enough for me. The basics are there and at the moment enough for me.
