Hi all, I am a newbie and I am keen to find out more about the application and benefits compared to GoogleMaps. I am also keen to get advice on our Summer vacation route from Copenhagen to Sarajevo, via Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Croatia.

MRA does not have a large public route library with thousands of routes. There are some public routes from Route Experts. Regular users like you and me can share select routes or folders containing multiple routes, but there's no single place for others to find them all - unfortunately.
Other WEB sites have many routes, but mostly of low value, as people don't add meta data like "this is just some random route that turned out to be boring but I uploaded it anyway" or "great scenic route for low speed enjoyment" or....
So good routes are available, but it's hard to filter them.For your route through Europe, you can use the different maps in MRA WEB planner to pick major roads for speed or forest like areas. I usually make my longer routes with variations. You can also find other peoples routes and have part of your long route follow part of the routes you find online.

I should have been more specific. Since the question was from DK, I had DK in mind. You should have read my mind instead of my words
There are only a few routes in the RouteXpert library in DK. It's the same in my neighbouring country Sweden. Northern Germany, where he wants to ride, the same. -
