Herschikken routepunten

Het is mij niet duidelijk wanneer je routepunten in een route wel of niet kan herschikken.
Niet alle routes geven die mogelijkheid, ook niet uit de RX bibliotheek.
Hoe zit dit ?? -
Enkel bij routes die een rondrit zijn (start en eind enigszins in de buurt, best een ruime marge) en het dichtsbijzijnde punt voor jou niet routepunt 1 is (anders doet de functie immers niks)
