Apple Carplay. MRA Navigation stops after re-calculating

Hi Folks.

I have had this issue a couple of times now.
When I am using the navigation app (planned route) and it needs to recalculate, it will stop Carplay on the Skyline Infosystem of my HD. This happens mostly when I stop and then look at the map to find a different route to get back on the original.
I have been using MRA for a long time already (at least 10 years) and I am very happy with the planning tool.
The navigation I have now been using for about half a year (also lifetime) but this is very frustrating behaviour.

I have read on other posts that you need to turn off location permission for Carplay (on the phone), but which ones exactly?
Carplay itself doesn't show up in the apps list of Location permissions.
