Cant see a friends routes,

one friend in articular, although i can see other friends routes and they can see mine

@Aaron-hingert Your friend may have their routes in a folder that has the privacy set to private, this would prevent you from seeing them.

I don’t understand what your friend has done. All they need to do is make sure that the privacy of their route and the folder it is in is set to Friends. When you look at your friend’s MRA profile you should see their public or friend routes.
What I do not understand is the part where you say they have clicked Share and ticked MyRoute-app.
