Sections with and without highways in the same trip

I looked thoroughly, but I couldn't find how to make MRA Routeplanner have one section that allows highways and another that doesn't use them. Is there anyone who could help me? Thank you.

@Mike-Andrew The planning map from OpenStreetMap can use Segments. Choose the OpenStreetMap and then turn on the Segment options in the toolkit. You’ll also find more information on Segments in the Support section.
