Error code 2 while importing track

This is a new one for me. Has anyone see the error message in this image while trying to import a route? I was importing a KMZ file for an upcoming coast to coast rally I am running. I would attach the KML file to the post but couldn't figure out how to do it.

@Kerry-Lebel, only pictures are allowed. File sharing can be done through a link to a filesharing service, or Google drive or alike.

I have found KML and KMZ file to be not solid for import before. I always go with GPX. If you cannot get a GPX, you can convert your KML here:
