Error code 2 while importing track

This is a new one for me. Has anyone see the error message in this image while trying to import a route? I was importing a KMZ file for an upcoming coast to coast rally I am running. I would attach the KML file to the post but couldn't figure out how to do it.

I don't see a way to attach a file to my post. When I try to add it I get told I don't have enough priviledges.
