    Yes my bad, I thought it was the same as Android, but its not

    Honda Goldwing GL1500,
    Honda Silverwing GL 650
    DMD2 T865X 8 inch Android tablet using MRA next for navigation
    Garmin XT sold
    Samsung S24FE mounted on a Quadlock and using Android Auto in my car

      Hi, I am an Advanced Riding coach and have been using MRA gold when coaching my clients on the road. Generally I am pleased with MRA.
      BUT: Having planned the route and then using it to navigate with my phone connected to Carpuride it suddenly, approximately mid journey, shows just a blue screen with no map or other information normally visible. Other apps work correctly at the same time. This is very embarrassing and inconvenient as I have to waste my client's time finding a safe place to stop and then attempting to get everything working again, which involves rebooting my phone. I know other MRA users are experiencing the same problems and I wonder how you are going to fix this problem and by when. Many thanks.
      P.S. Annoying that I now see a screen notification have to wait 3800 seconds before I am able to post the above. Never had this before on any forum. Adds to my frustration with MRA.

        @James-Hubbard-0-0 Sorry to read that you are having issues with AndroidAuto/CarPlay the developers are working hard to resolve this. What makes it difficult is that not everyone’s experience is the same, many users have no issues.
        With reference to your point about the forum, you have only just joined. New members having to wait is a way to protect all forum users from spam and malicious posts.

              Dear Peter, Thanks for the link. Maybe I’m getting crazy because everything is explained there but there is no link or so to make a ticket. To be honest I think I’ll stop here….waste of time I’m starting to believe….

                If you’re using your phone, click the + Symbol to create a new ticket. If you’re using a PC it should say Create new ticket.

                  Having holiday with car and Apple CarPlay in use in Finland for a 1000 km tour I used the option to test the combination iPhone and MRA with Carplay. I had three crashes of the App. Was able to restart the route. So far so good. I was pretty happy to find the alps in Finland. More then 1500 m high. Thats a little bit off. Has been the whole time that wrong. But who cares 😀.

                    No problems, no issues with my iPhone 12 Pro MAX !

                      I am so happy that you guys don't have any issues. I am unlucky with Android and iPhone. Samsung Active test still pending. Not giving up yet. Thomas

                        @AWDC-LAO How long was the longest you've ever driven? It doesn't always happen right away, most of the time, it happens after many hours...

                          With my Android setup and Ulefone tablet it started always after about 2,5 hours. And then quite often after that during shorter time.
