While riding on my motorbike Xanders voice instructions are hard to hear. I wear a Schuberth V4 helmet with intercom. My brother also has the same problem with a Sena communication system. Are we the only ones with this problem?

@Jack-Jacobson-1-0 Hi Jack, I ride with a Sena 30K and the audio on my phone is set to maximum. Using the dial on the Sena, I have to turn the volume down. I listen to both voice instructions and a radio station or Spotify. In the car, the audio ducking also works fine. Long story short: I indeed have no issues with it.

Thank you Rob, I also set volume on my Iphone14 at max level and also in the audio setting of the app but hardly any message from Xander. So what do we do wrong?

@Jack-Jacobson-1-0 I use “Xander (verbeterd)”. Could that do the trick?
