While riding on my motorbike Xanders voice instructions are hard to hear. I wear a Schuberth V4 helmet with intercom. My brother also has the same problem with a Sena communication system. Are we the only ones with this problem?

Using the dial on the Sena, I have to turn the volume down. I listen to both voice instructions and a radio station or Spotify. In the car, the audio ducking also works fine. Long story short: I indeed have no issues with it.
