Km to miles

It would be nice if the units for navigation could be easily changed within the nav screen instead of going back in our user profile.
In Canada, we often go riding in the USA and we have to change our units back and forth.

Why would you want to change that. You're used to the Matrix system

To match the road signs in each country. Doing mental calculations of kph to mph is a distraction (especially near speed cameras) - there's enough to do already!
The neatest solution would be to auto-select kph/mph like Google Maps does, where your current location decides the setting. Then the setting in user profile could be like so, still letting you override the default it if you wanted:
Distance notation:
- Auto-detect ✓
- Km
- Miles
This would also be a nice fix for UK users since some of us forget to swap having come off the boat/tunnel into mainland Europe.
By the way, this one isn't needed in the current setup - miles are miles as long as they're not out at sea:
- Imperial US (mi) <--- not needed

I would argue that NOT changing the units actually prevents you from doing mental calculations...
