5.0 is not restarting

Hello, since installation of the nice app I can only restart the app after closing the app by swiping when I force the app in the systemsettings to stop. It works after that. But not when I do not do that the app is only showing the basic screen with the drop and nothing goes ahead. Android 15 and Ulefone Armor X 16.

I open the app. Everything works. I close the app by the normal Android swiping function. Then I want to restart it again. I push the icon and the app freezes in the start screen. Its not going forward. Bluish background with white circle and the what is it drop or pointer with the plus. If I want to start it I need to go to Android system and have to force the app to close. After that the app can be started. I try to record it.

That issue was reported in a previous version and reported as fixed. I can't reproduce the issue in 5.0.0-426

If the issue persists, please create a support ticket and included a log of the app.
You can get this log by long pressing the version number at the bottom of your account page in the app (where all the settings are).

Only get the logs after the issue occurred as otherwise nothing has been logged
You can also try reinstalling if all else fails.

This sounds vaguely similar to an issue during alpha stage, which got resolved, but that was after minimising the app using the Android back-button, not after swiping it out of the app manager... I have three Android phones of which one with Android 15, but I cannot get this reproduced.

I am gonna ask an ultimately cliché question...
Did you try a reboot of the phone?

Counter is at 6 Android devices and none have this issue

Yes I did restart the phone. Maybe I reset the phone. Its just for MRA and other navigation apps. I try.

Seems to be the case :). I put the phone to factory settings. Now it works. And also ALL the other navigation apps are still working. Thanks for the nice update.

Unfortunately same issue in the morning. I try again if some other app is disturbing. Strange

Expecting release early next week.
In beta tomorrow probably.
