ios 15.8.4 no longer compatible with My Route 4.4.1 ?

Good morning,

besides an Android phone, I also use an old iPhone (without a SIM card) just for offline navigation.
Yesterday, I installed the new 4.4.1 update.
Now the app won't open on the iPhone.

Could it be that this old iPhone version is no longer supported?
I had no problems with the previous version.

@Peter-Zehentreiter we haven’t explicitly bumped the minimal iOS version.

Try reinstalling completely.

App deinstalled,
iphone shut down.
iphone switched on agian

App new installed.

Same issue... App is not responding resp. not opening.

It is the iphone I recently set up new ........

@Peter-Zehentreiter that's annoying.

I guess it's an iPhone 6 or 7 (as the 8 can run iOS 16).
Unfortunately this won't be resolved quickly as supporting almost 10 year old devices won't be a priority.

Quite possibly something has been updated in the app that doesn't support those old phones. It will be investigated but for now I am unable to assist you.

It is an iPhone 7 plus.

Is there any chance to get back to version 4.4.0
Because this version worked and it should just be a backup offline.

If not..... the iPhone will go into the next trash can.

@Peter-Zehentreiter downgrading the app version is not possible in IOS only in Android ...
