Volvo sensus navigation

I have planned a couple of routes on my route and would like to download them to my volvo senses navigation. ( I am a biker awaiting a replacement hip)
I can't see how i can download to a usb as a gpx file, so I can the upload to the car. I appreciate i could just use my nav on my phone but on a bigger screen would be useful. -

I appreciate i could just use my nav on my phone but on a bigger screen would be useful.@Colin-Hodgkinson Open a route and click Save as, choose .gpx 1.1 (route, track, POI) this will save the .gpx file to your download folder on your computer.
Plug in your USB memory stick and drag and drop the .gpx file into it.
