Ready for dmd?

Will myroute app also be intergrated in for example thork DMD-T865?
I want to save my phone from using it and my zumo xt is ready to be replaced. -
@Arjan-de-Vries you can run MRA from the T865(X). You can set DMD2 to run MRA as default. When you place the tablet in the harness it will start MRA of you want that to happen. Its basically a very large phone
I have it a couple of weeks now and aan very happy with it -
@Arjan-de-Vries I own a XT as well and one of the reasons to change to the T865X that its screen is even better than the XT (1300 nits) AND I van run MRA in it

@Marinus-van-Deudekom Fijn! Ik ben nu aan het onderzoeken of dat apparaat op mijn triumph tiger 800 kan passen. Ik heb daar een madstad scherm op dus dat is al weer anders dan de originele setting.

@Marinus-van-Deudekom Ik heb hem gekocht! Zit al op de motor. ``wat een opties allemaal. Ben gek op gadgets en autodidact. ik leer steeds weer bij.
Ik denk erover om de remote 2 er bij aan te schaffen. Lijkt me reuze handig. Gewoon vanaf het stuur bedienen. Nu moet MRA nog gaan meewerken om de remote 2 en mra te laten samenwerken.
Moest wel ff wennen aan android als verstokte ios gebruiker.
Telefoon is weer van het stuur af en in de binnenzak. Ook een duosim er in gedaan. Nieuwe packtalk edge gekoppeld. Instellingen zijn soms wel wat lastig en zoeken. Niet echt een handleiding te vinden. -
@Arjan-de-Vries I'm also using a T865-X on my bike since one Year. If I'm driving offroad, mostly I use the DMD2 App because of better map. For some specific Rallye events, I'm using the Roadbook-Reader at T865-X.
But most of the time, I'm using MyRoute-App on DMD device - and it's phantastic! I increased in device system settings the text size, and now, I can read also small text of cities at map of MyRoute-App.
I have sold my Garmin XT, and I don't regret it.The only pain in the ass is: currently, there is no integration for DMD Remote-2 controller in MyRoute-App available!!
Therefore I selected the "WonderLink" model in input settings in MyRoute-App. It's not satisfying, because it doesn't support all buttons of the controller. But by the 4-way mini joystick it's possible to zoom the map (with is most important for me).I don't use Facebook, so I don't know about tipps from there.
Nothing is impossible ;-)

@Arjan-de-Vries je zou ook eens kunnen kijken naar de Silverfox H1 controller. 100 compatibel met zowel MRA als DMD. Wordt door DMD ook genoemd als goed werkende controller.
Voordeel is dat hij ook direct op de bekabelde aansluiting van DMD past EN dus ook goed werkt met MRA

Je kunt deze controller ook in de MRA webshop kopenGood tip, with the Silverfox controller. Unfortunately, when driving off-road - or when using the roadbook - some remote controllers are not suitable for operating the buttons well. Driving there is too rough, too bumpy - if a switch cannot be reliably operated with the thumb, this leads to unwanted reactions on the screen. That's more than annoying - it's very very bad and time consuming! In worst case, if you focus to long on the screen, you may crash!
The Remote-2 from DMD is best suited with the arrangement of the buttons. We are therefore eagerly awaiting integration into the MyRoute app.

Goede tip, met de Silverfox-controller. Helaas zijn sommige afstandsbedieningen bij off-road rijden - of bij gebruik van het roadbook - niet geschikt om de knoppen goed te bedienen. Het rijden is daar te ruw, te hobbelig - als een schakelaar niet betrouwbaar met de duim kan worden bediend, leidt dit tot ongewenste reacties op het scherm. Dat is meer dan vervelend - het is heel erg en tijdrovend! In het ergste geval kun je crashen als je je te lang op het scherm concentreert!De Remote-2 van DMD is het meest geschikt met de indeling van de knoppen. We kijken dan ook reikhalzend uit naar de integratie in de MyRoute app.
