It doesn't work Next on Hugerock X7

I have recently purchased a Hugerock X7 tablet, and all the GPS apps work (TomTom, Google Maps, etc.), but Next doesn't. I am attaching a link with a video.
Any suggestions? Thank you very much

@b0hd1, Do you have a live internet connection, or downloaded offline maps?
Could it be that this route goes over non-routable roads? -
It looks like the app cannot connect to HERE.
Are you by any chance using a VPN, custom DNS setting or something like this?Best for stuff like this is to create a support ticket and include your logs (long press version number at the bottom of the account page).

Hi,
I don't use Duck Duck go. The tablet is new and just started. Only with Myroutte and Next (and tomtom) -

@b0hd1 try connecting to a Wi-Fi network and run the route again! Maybe your phone carrier has some internet related issues (runs through some proxy servers).

@Adrian-Avram Thanks! I have tried via wifi and via phone. In both cases it gives an error.

@b0hd1 can you try reinstalling the app ? Maybe that will fix the problem.

@Adrian-Avram Of course. If the tablet is new and you turn it on for the first time and then format it, it is obvious that MRA was deleted and reinstalled. Or is that not what you are referring to?
