Navigation App won't start

Greetings! I have two phones and one of them is dedicated for my motorcycle riding. On my other phone (OnePlus open) the MRA navigation app behave normally, however on my motorcycle phone (pixel 9 pro) the app will stuck at starting up screen which is a black screen with MRA app logo in the center. I tried uninstall and reinstall multiple times along with restarting my phone/updating my phone to lastest android version, none of those worked. Would like some help on that. Please advise. @Lidongfang-Guo, if this is a consequent happening, try to force-close the MRA app through the Android settings menu: Settings - Apps - MyRoute-app - force close (or similar wording). Then try again.

@Con-Hennekens Thank you for the reply, I didn't get the chance to test that as after letting the app stay on my phone over the night (previously I always uninstall the MRA Navi app if it didn't work), after waking up this morning it went through the start up screen and is now acting normal.

I would like to add couple observations:

1. I tried to clear app cache which didn't help either.
2. I tried to install MRA Navigation on my M4 iPad Pro and the first time it started up it also got stuck at a white screen, I have to close the app and restart to make it work.

Google 'helpfully' tries to save app data and restore it on a re-install. If you have some poor data (say something that's not compatible across new versions) uninstalling & reinstalling doesn't always solve the problem.

Try clearing the MRA app data rather than uninstalling it.
You can do that with a long press -> press the 'i' for App Information -> Storage -> Clear data -> Delete.

Then restart the app. With your fingers crossed.
