    Open navigator, make scenic route, start riding. Perfect. Always creates great routes within seconds. I trust on the algorithm to give me a great route on the fly and it works!

    Two issues i keep having, I can reproduce these issues time and time again, tried everything to solve it but gotten to a point that it starts to irritate me:

    1. Until for some random reason (works on the road, go to gas station 1 km from the route, , ...) you go off the route and continue driving. The app keeps sending me back to the route it "originally" calculated (not possible, road works, remember?). I don't care about the original route since I leave the route calculation to the app.
      Why doesn't it just recalculte "a" route from where you are riding (doesn't have the be the original it calculated). What can i change to stop having this?
    2. calculate a route on the app, and for some reason i start driving in the opposite direction (maybe i wasn't facing the starting direction when having a coffee when i started the app, or even better: the gps on the phone is not good in getting the correct heading when it doesn't move and only after a few meters i realize i'm going in the wrong direction?). It starts navigating but keeps sending me to the starting point, as if it was a hard point (I've been there, within 1 meter!), instead of just recalculating.
      See image attached: the flag was the starting point, route started to the "right"; I started driving "left and down" cause in that moment it was a lot easier, it keeps stubbornly sending me back to the flag. Why? How to solve?

      @Jan-m, it is quite normal. You are riding a track, not a route. Choosing a curvy option generates a track to follow. If you deviate from it, it will try to send you back to it, until you hit the track again somewhere. If the suggestion is not to your liking (or impossible due to road works) just go your own way. The app will pickup wherever you re-enter the track.

      I am just an enthusiastic MRA user, and hope you will be one too!

      Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebar to the saddle.

        @Con-Hennekens Not completely true.
        If you rejoin the track, it might be (depending on where you deviated) it still wants you to go back to the missed point on the track.

          Please change this.
          When you join the track proceed from this point. The reason why you deviate does not matter. The most important is that you are back on the track again.

            @Corjan-Meijerink thats indeed the case. Is there a way around this or will this be changed in the near future? I could live with getting back on the track instead of recalculating buy not with sending back again and again..
            This may sound like a silly question but if it's a track, then how come it gives directions?

              @M-Schrijver agree 🙂
              We sadly have limited control over the features.
              Something we do wish to invest more time in!

                In that case there is room for improvement 😉
